LastStopFunding is a commercial mortgage brokerage. We work on one slice of the market: one- to eight-unit residential property, where the loan is sized from the rent.

We are not the lender. We do not fund, and we do not issue a commitment. We take the scenario, show the coverage, and place the file with lenders who finance this product.

One to four units are read as investor DSCR. Five to eight units are read as small-balance commercial, on net operating income. We do not shop hotels, office buildings, or a fifty-unit complex.
